Performed secondary Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) assessment for the Financial Management Service (FMS) of the Treasury. Conducted interviews with Platform Directors in Key Process Areas to determine relevant processes and current and planned hardware and software assets. Evaluation resulted in the recommendation of two best-fit and two alternative Configuration Management Database (CMDB) vendors whose solution best leveraged the processes and assets of the FMS environment. |
