Want custom context menus, profiles, program menus and ClearCase tools? We can help in making them part of a standard install. We also support "silent installations" of ClearCase!

We take special considerations to make sure your servers are properly configured so your backups are consistent and useful. We recommend configurations that allow all of your data to be backed up nightly - both VOBs and views. Make sure all of your development data is safe and recoverable.

Losing support? Need to upgrade?

As you may know, Rational periodically discontinues support for older versions of ClearCase. Each major upgrade of ClearCase incorporates new features and bug fixes from previous versions. We can help you upgrade your older installation to one currently supported by Rational, or to a version that has the new features you need to improve your software development environment.

We can re-architect your current implementation to incorporate any of the new features that more recent versions of ClearCase have to offer.

We'll upgrade your servers first and then roll out the latest version to your clients at their convenience. We'll determine who has upgraded and who is still using an old installation. If necessary, we can provide desk-side support to your users during client upgrades.
